With more than 150 branches in seven states and benefits of about $15 billion, First Nationwide Bank was among the biggest savings and loan organizations in the United States going into the mid-1990s. The bank gives a complete variety of consumer financial services, including banking, loan, and investment services. Beginning in the mid-1980s, First Nationwide developed quickly and then contracted just as rapidly before it was sold by Ford Motor Co. in 1994.

Audit Director: This position will supervise the implementation of all hazard assessments and process design analyses.  Directs the research, expansion and enhancement of processes, systems, methods, techniques, and controls throughout the company and its business units, with the prominence on reducing risk and minimizing accountability while ensuring prepared controls run professionally. The average wage is anywhere from $91,000 to $99,000 a year.

Compliance Manager: This position will administer a team of compliance associates as well as perform the following duties:
