Sales Leader: Sales Leader is responsible for helping the Store Sales Manager in the managing of daily functions of an individual Lane Bryant store to attain targeted productivity, sales and profitability. The Store Sales Leader also guarantees world class customer service, store image, merchandise presentation, group development, asset protection, and cost control in achievement of Company goals.

The hourly salary is around $10-$12.

Store Sales Manager: This role will direct the actual allocation or movement of a merchandise or service to the customer. This synchronizes sales allocation throughout establishing sales territories, quotas, and objectives and creates training programs for sales representatives. Store Sales Manager scrutinizes sales statistics collected by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and supervise the preferences of customers.

The annual salary for this position is  $32,000-$48,000.

Financial Analyst: You will be doing comprehensive investigation of the cost and monetary area of the company, develop and construe complete cost accounting details and make suggestions with regards to efficient consumptions of sources and the suitable accounting for business dealings and ventures. The average wage is from $55,000 to $65,000 a year.
