Established in 1979 by Joe Zeiden, Carole Malfatti and Mike Zeiden, the company began as a small poster shop in Sherman Oaks, California. Job Description and Average Wage

Associate Manager: As an Associate Manager you are liable for the store when the Store Manager is not present, this means you are in charge for generating sales enforcing all policies and procedures and helping the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will attain this by leading and managing your team to excel in Customer Service and Sales while sustaining the visual operational as well as merchandising standards.
