Rick Wetzel coined the idea of creating a perfect pretzel that is not only delicious but also with fresh filling. For several years, Wetzel Pretzel has offered its customers unique pretzel milk that no one can resist. The founder began concocting a pretzel mix like no other and worked it into a perfect hand rolled, oven-baked pretzel that would always be served as fresh as possible.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Store Manager: This position supervises the operation of the store. He/She must see to it that all activities are well planned and done according to the company’s goals and standards. He/She is to train and hire employees; see to it that products are prepared to the highest quality standard and must be delivered and served promptly and accurately to the customers.     The average wage can start at around $13 per hour.

Cashier: The cashier prepares the bills of the customers. He/She works directly with the restaurant manager, servers, and guests in all sales transactions. Cashiers are responsible for screening and directing incoming phone calls, as well as handling to-go and pick-up food orders.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Servers: Servers are the so called the face of our restaurants. Their job is to ensure the guest has an enjoyable and lively experience while dining. They are also responsible for helping our guests understand and appreciate the pretzel product of the store.   You’ll assist with taking orders, bringing food to the table as well as making sure that the customer is happy with his/her order when placed.   If problems come up, it will be your duty to talk with the manager on duty.   The average wage can start at around $2 per hour plus tips.

Service Crew: The service crew will help in taking orders from the clients and must see t it that the customers’ needs are attended accordingly. He/She responds to the inquiries of the customers about the product too and must maintain good relationship with them.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
