Wendy’s Manager Salary

Wendy’s offer a similar approach on the fast food business similar to what McDonald’s or Burger King is doing. They are the 3rd largest fast food chain in the world behind the two that’s already mentioned having 6,650 locations all over the world. They are currently headquartered in Dublin, Ohio and was founded by Dave Thomas.

A manager for Wendy’s can have a difficult job as you will have to look at the daily operations of the restaurant. The job offers a variety of challenges and requires multi tasking skills to manage the changing nature of the job. Storage facilities of the food should be well kept and in excellent condition.

Providing assistance to customers is also required guaranteeing that their satisfaction is obtained. To assist in giving out the best possible service, employees should be provided constant feedback regarding performance. Owners may go to the restaurant on several occasions but they do not put their hands on any responsibility and mostly depends on the manager on duty.

Assistant Store Manager

  • Salary: Salary for this position ranges from $24,000 to $40,000 and this will also depend on the amount of experience as well.
  • Bonuses: Assistant store managers are eligible to receive cash bonus that’s worth $1,000 to $3,000 worth of cash bonus annually.
  • Profit Sharing: Profit sharing is an option not provided by the company to the employees in this position.
  • Stock Options: There are no other incentives provided given to assistant managers.

Assistant Manager

  • Salary: Assistant managers get anywhere between $26,000 and $34,000 this also relies on any related experience they have.
  • Bonuses: The amount from $20 to $600 is provided as cash bonus. Keep in mind though that this depends on the discretion of the owner.
  • Profit Sharing: Profit sharing is not available as part of the company’s overall compensation.
  • Stock Options: Your salary package will also not provide stock options.

General Manager

  • Salary: General Manager’s salary can start at $34,000 to $55,000. Take note of the fact that the experience is a big factor in being considered for a higher amount.
  • Bonuses: Like other managerial position, general managers get cash bonus as part of their pay for the amount of $500.
  • Profit Sharing: Owners do not share store profits and this is why profit sharing is not provided to general managers.
  • Stock Options: Stock options usually are not offered by franchised owned restaurants, the same goes for Wendy’s

Co-Manager

  • Salary: A co manager’s salary can start from the amount of $26,000 and can go up to $33,000 which is also based on experience.
  • Bonuses: Bonuses are provided by the owner for this position and you can get a range that is fixed at $300.
  • Profit Sharing: Although bonuses are provided, sharing profits with employees are not currently being considered by the company.
  • Stock Options: Other incentives are not available which includes stock options not being a part of the overall incentive provided by the company.

District Manager

  • Salary: Depending on the experience related to this position, an assistant manager would be able to get anywhere from $56,000 to $62,000 range.
  • Bonuses: The owner of the store does not provide cash bonus to employees in this position.
  • Profit Sharing: Profit sharing is an incentive the company has not considered in providing their employees.
  • Stock Options: Other incentives are not available; this makes stock options not part of the salary package.
