Waffle House Manager Salary

Mostly serving markets in the Southern United States, the company has over 1600 locations. They are currently headquartered in Gwinnett County, Georgia and were founded by Joe Rogers Sr. and Tom Forkner.

  • Profit Sharing: General managers do not offer profit sharing as part of the salary package.
  • Stock Options: Like bonuses and profit sharing, stock options are not considered by the company for assistant managers.

District Manager

  • Salary: The pay depends on the amount of experience. District managers get anywhere from $70,000 – $80,000.
  • Bonuses: Cash bonuses are not offered to the district managers.
  • Profit Sharing: District managers do not offer shared profits as part of the salary package.
  • Stock Options: Stock options are given to district managers getting $4,000.
