Job Description / Average Wage
Yard Personnel: Performs the completion of the equipment check-in and check-out procedure at the beginning and end of each rental by performing the following duties:
- Checks the serial number, make, model and current hours of an asset before it leaves the yard.
- Instructs the customer on proper operation of equipment.
- Performs first line equipment inspection.
- Conducts thorough walk-through of product functionality.
- Receives appropriate training and applies it to operating of the equipment available for rent.
- Communicates safety information to customers.
The average wage for this job is 18-$20 a hour.
Territory Manager: Visits current and prospective customers and performs assigned outside sales responsibilities by performing the following duties. This job is going to require you to cover a particular territory and ensure that the following listed below is met at all times:
- Solicits and builds relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Deals directly with field customer to determine customer needs and matches with available products.
- Answers questions, secures customer information and handles all phases of the rental and sales process.
- Handles all equipment rental and sales details such as quotes, reservations and rental and freight rates.

Shop Technician: The responsibilities of this position are to:
