Job Description / Average Wage

Sales Associate: As an associate, you’re going to get trained on all of the vitamins available in the store.   You will educate the customer on the product, as well as help them with any product that they are looking to purchase.   You will help them ring up at the cash register, as well as help clean up the store in your downtime.   Other duties are going to include unloading trucks, unpacking items and price marking them as well as taking out the trash from time to time.   If any problems arise, you’ll report all of them to the main manager on duty.   The average wage reported is $7 to $9 a hour.

Assistant Manager: As an assistant manager, you’re going to assist the main manager with any duties that need to be done.   You will file various paperwork, as well assist the associates with any duties that need to be performed.   You will also be asked to help open up the shop, as well as close it down.   Most of the time, the store will employ around two to three people depending upon the season.   The average wage is around $8+ a hour.

Store Manager:   Working as a store manager, you’re going to be responsible for hiring employees, opening up the store as well as making sure that the store is ran according to company policy.   You’re going to help assist other employees as well as make sure that all duties are being performed properly.   The average store manager makes $10 to $14 per hour.
