Auto Adjuster: This position will explore, evaluate, discuss and adjust moderately composite auto claims presented with or against their insured to verify coverage, determine legal responsibility and justifiably settle and guard in compliance with all state regulatory requirements. You will work under restricted supervision to execute work assignments and problem decision. Other job duties are as listed below:

  • Adjusts moderately complex auto alleges. Harshness of claims comprises soft tissue losses involving neck injury, back injury, and PIP/Med Pay.
  • Obtains and applies transitional knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, and processes to embrace P&C insurance policy contracts and coverage, and USAA claim handling process and methods.
  • Work together with team members to determine issues and to recognize suitable issues for growth.

The annual average pay for this position is around $51,000-$55,000.

Risk Management Advisor I: The assign person will supervise hazard through one or more of the following activities: identification, assessment, assimilation and documentation of hazards and controls, hazard analysis and research, insurance and/or hazard program coordination, or consultation on hazard mitigation plans. Independently presents moderately complex to complex work assignments and difficulty resolution. Job duties include:

  • Guiding the identification, evaluation, and documentation of hazards and manages within complex business processes. Directs and influences hazard owners in direct development and observes control testing. Instructs risk owners on risk management best practices. May build up test plans and sampling methodology.
  • Supporting the key risk classification and assessment process for a lineup of business.
  • Executing complex statistics analysis to determine or authenticate risk or loss causes and classify new risks. Researches greatest practices and advocates process developments for interior risk management.

Expected income for yearly position is around $64,000-$81,000.

Auto Claims Representative: As a Claims Representative for USAA, you will provide claims check to members and clients regarding the primary contact on all claims service events. You will document the loss, address instant questions regarding the claims procedure and allocate the loss to the proper diary. You will apply knowledge of exposure to instigate and/or conclude claims as appropriate. You will also supply to activity business goals throughout enterprise referrals and relationship building. This pose is in the call center atmosphere and does not need any travel or work outside the office.

The standard salary is anywhere from $55,000 to $61,000 a year.
