US Marine Corps is a service branch of the United States of America that is part of the country’s armed forces. This service branch is part of the Department of Defense and Department of Navy that serves its role as a naval infantry and delivers combined arms task forces. It is amphibious and expeditionary in nature. Formed on 1755 it is considered the smallest armed forces of the country’s Department of Defense but nonetheless the largest armed forces of many significant military powers.

Avionics Technician: An Avionics Technician troubleshoots and maintains the electrical components of an aircraft. This technician is also responsible in creating new electrical systems as well as enhance and maintain existing ones. One should keep record of the logs of the aircraft he is working on. This person must be very attentive to every detail because unchecked components can be detrimental to the functions of an aircraft. One should detect problems and perform routine checks and   is also tasked to repair faulty electrical wiring, installations and almost every aspect of electronic repair such as in radar, radio and navigation systems. The annual wage average of this position ranges from $22,000 to $52,000.

Sergeant: is a rank in the military that is part of the non commissioned officers. Non commissioned officers are given authority by commissioned officers but   technically not considered in command. The work of a sergeant is important in the daily operations of the military command because they serve as liaison between commissioned officers and enlisted personnels. This position is responsible in overseeing a squad and preparing them for readiness in combat or battle. He/She will ensure that training has been completed. The monthly wage average for this position ranges from $1,900 to $3,000.

Colonel: A rank in the military that is part of the commissioned officers. A colonel is one of the highest ranks in the marines and is considered to be a senior officer that is respected and followed by lower officials. They are responsible for a large group of marine officers and are responsible in commanding a unit or an entire base. Colonels are responsible in reporting to either base commanders or a general depending on what command one is under in. He/She can also serve as a liaison between officials and communicates with senior non commissioned officers to keep him/her updated and well informed. The annual wage average for this position ranges from $117,000 to $129,000.
