Business Analyst: This role  arranges and presents thorough business cases and requirements. Develops and sustains project arrangements, status reports and documentation on vital business processes. Conducts correct research and articulates business value driving a proposed project and initiative while having the capability to conceptualize and design original techniques for practical application. This person will evaluate present business processes and proposes opportunities for development while understanding how changes will crash existing processes. As well as maintain successful communication with assigned business partners on a specified project and proposal.

An annual income between $41,000-85,000 is offered for this position.

Executive Assistant: Duties of this position consist of more traditional administrative and secretarial support positions including: replying the telephone, typing and word processing of documents, sustaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel agreements, copying, faxing, greeting guests, setting up files, tracking expenditures, producing expense reports, coordinating building and equipment maintenance, and triaging/prioritizing emails and messages. At senior levels, role may include supervision of additional clerical and managerial staff. You will make sure leader has suitable telephone and PC setups.

Successful aspirant’s yearly salary is in between 40,000-56,000.

Compensation Analyst: As the Compensation Analyst, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of commission tracking and payment for venture wide and/or consumer compensation programs that make OptumHealth financial services sales. Other responsibilities include:

  • Examining and reporting commission records.
  • Communicating alterations to compensation arrangements.
  • Supervise prepared logistics of commission payment implementation.
