Job Descriptions and Wage Averages

Assistant Manager: You will offer assistance to the manager yet you will have independent duties as well. As an assistant manager, you can hire and terminate employees, create schedule of works and complete sales transactions with the clients. You will also provide managerial support to day-to-day administration of the company. The usual salary for this position is $54,250 a year.

Operations Manager: You are in charge of the whole process concerning the operations of the company and your sole responsibility is to explore for different means in making more profit by providing the most effective ways in completing business operations and activities. You will assist different programs of the company and will construct program budgets, manage inventories and lead the employees. The average wage for this job is $59,750 a year.

Sales Representative: Your sole responsibility is to sell and promote the products and services for the company and help the client to make decisions on how to solve their problems by offering them the best product or service that will meet their individual needs. You will be assigned in one particular location and must do all your programs in that area. The common salary for this position is $49,250 a year.

Shop Foreman: You are in charge of the construction, maintenance and landfill equipment of the company and will make a plan, schedule and lead in the repair of the different equipment of the company. In addition, you must have enough knowledge on computer applications that are needed to help you with your duties. The average wage for this job is $20 to $22 per hour.

Finance Manager: You will create and suggest financial frameworks to evaluate the possible value and risk of  investment decisions which include new product initiatives, capital projects, and supply chain methods and techniques. You’re going to provide financial leadership to make sure that financial discipline on management decisions takes place and will provide support to businesses and functions during strategy development and long range planning. The average wage for this job ranges from $102, 000 to $109,000 a year.
