Sales: If you are in charge of this position, your primary task is to generate sakes for the café. You will be dealing with the prospect customers as well as your loyal customers, establish contact with them and find out sales strategies for the company’s sales to increase in a specific period of time. You will be working with the company manager to plan out sales strategies and to establish sales goals. You will expect to receive an hourly rate ranging $7 to $8.

Customer Service Associate: The customer service associate deals with the customers of the restaurant. He/She makes sure that the guests’ needs are attended promptly and accurately; must also serve as the liaison between the management and the customers. he must ensure that guests are satisfied with the restaurant’s products and services. His hourly rate is in the average of $7.
