Job Description/Average Wage

General Manager: The General Manager is accountable for all facets of sales and operations for the distribution center, including ensuring that the center meets and incorporates with the company’s requirements for quality management, health and safety and legal requirements, environmental policies and general oversight.   The General Manager plans and directs operations, administration, distribution, sales and marketing functions for the Center either personally or through the activities of the center’s employees.   He/she is responsible for sales development, the profitability of the Center and management of the Company’s assets. The General Manager will:

  • Identify, expand and direct the implementation of a proactive business strategy, including monitoring competitors’ pricing, policies and market strategy.
  • Develop strategy for competent use of equipment, facilities and employees through budget preparation and effective use of profit plan.

The average wage starts around $100,000 to 130,000 a year.

Commercial Account Development Specialist: In this position, the candidate willl be liable for the following responsibilities:

  • Establish ATD as the “go to” point of distribution relation to commercial products all through the respective regional geography.
  • Establish a commercial dealer network that symbolizes ATD proprietary commercial products.
  • Provide sales, product and application training to the regional ATD sales force.
  • Support the commercial dealer and staff with continuous sales aids and training.

Master Technician:
