Job Description and Average Wage

Sales Associate: As a Sales Associate,you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service, generating sales and ensuring a professional, clean and organized Super Supplements store. Sales Associate will give exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting the store. A Sales Associate helps with keeping the store clean and its appearance at the uppermost quality.

The offered hourly salary is from $11-$12.

Assistant Store Manager: As the assigned person, you will play a serious role in supporting the Store Manager in running a triumphant Super Supplements store that promotes their values and supports both consumers and other associates. This helps with staffing, scheduling and coaching all the members of your store. This also communes with the other members of the Store Team in helping complete daily tasks as well as sustains the vision of the big picture in terms of priorities.

The average salary is $25,000 to $40,000 a year.

Store Manager: A Store Manager supervises staff so that all team members are representing Super Supplements culture and values at all times. This gives and ensures outstanding customer service including conflict resolution and suitable escalation fostering trust with customers and staff. The position will teach and stay up to date with customer demographics, customer trends as well as effectively pass this information to staff.

The regular pay for this job is $34,000 to $58,000 a year.

Cashier: The cashier receives cash from consumers and employees in payment for goods and services and records the amount received in a precise manner. The cashier gives assistance to the accounting office as directed on an individual task basis.

The average pay is from $10-$14 per hour.

Customer Service Representative: As the assigned person, you will interrelate with the company’s consumers and give them the correct and brief information that they needed as they make inquiries about the products and other services that the company proffers.
