Job Description and Average Wage

Purchase Manager: The primary responsibility of a Purchase Manager is to make sure that the needed materials and ingredients are obtained following standards set by the company. The position will coach, teach, and organize the buying staff in compliance with the company’s procedures and requirements. A Purchase Manager is also accountable for securing products in accordance with the company’s objectives.

The hourly salary for this job is from $13-$15.

Store Manager: As the Store Manager you are to see to it that excellence customer service is being given by the sales team. It is your responsibility to develop, coach, and lead them to surpass anticipations and be able to augment store profitability. The manager guides the team in their daily fast paced challenge in meeting their sales goal.

The standard pay for this job is around $40,000 to $44,000 a year.

Assistant Store Manager: The position works side by side with the manager as they together manage the sales team to deliver better service to the customers. The position will take the role of the manager when duty calls. The Assistant Store Manager also plays a role in mentoring as well as developing the sales team.

The average salary is $16-$18 per hour.

Human Resource Specialist: This executes administrative tasks as he/she prepares, hire, employ, does paper works, and sustain personnel file. A Human Resource Specialist is also part of the recruitment process and the conduction of an interview. The position works with the Human Resource team as situations calls for it.
