Ruby Tuesday got its name from the popular Rolling Stones song. Five University of Tennessee students founded the restaurant and the headquarters are now located in Maryville, Tennessee. Ruby Tuesday currently have over 650 outlets worldwide. They offer high quality menu and has recently re branded their image by moving out of the bar and grill setup.

As a manager for Ruby Tuesday, you will report directly to the owner of the franchise. Constant communication ensures that feedback as well as daily reports are provided to identify opportunities for improvement. A manager must be hands on and vigilant to meet customer needs and respond to any complaints or feedback.

You will need to check equipment and facilities, making sure that everything is clean and in top notch condition. Employee concerns should also be handled to make sure that they are motivated to work and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Restaurant Manager

  • Salary: Restaurant Managers get a handsome pay that ranges from $38,000 to $50,000, which depends on the experience a Restaurant Manager have.

Manager

  • Bonuses: Managers get an exact amount for a cash bonus which is $1,200. This is also determined by the owner.
  • Profit Sharing: Only cash bonus is provided by the company as part of the benefit and salary package.

Assistant Manager
