History of Rosati’s Pizza

Rosati’s Pizza’s beginnings can be traced with the family’s tradition of serving delicious Italian pizza. Rick Rosati, whose grandfather has owned a pizza business, continued the family tradition opened his own Rosati’s Pizza in Arlington Heights, Illinois. By 1978, a total of ten individual Rosati family members owned Rosati’s Pizza locations. In 1979, the company began the franchising concept. This has been a family business when more of the family members opened several stores with the same concept.

Pizza Chef:   The pizza chef prepares ingredients for pizza like the dough, grate cheese, slice and chop pizza toppings such as vegetables and meats; make fresh tomato sauce, then make pizzas and other foods according to customer orders. Pizza chefs must ensure that the pizza is cooked according to the company’s standard and should also make sure that the kitchen meets safety and health standards as well.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $8 per hour.

Cashier : A cashier must possess skills in the operation of a cash register. He/She should know how to process cash payments and non-cash payments. He/She should be able to talk to the customers of other payment options available to them. He/She must help in achieving customer satisfaction.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $8 per hour.

Pizza Cutter: The pizza cutter cuts pizza into standard sizes according to company’s standards and customer preferences.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $8 per hour.

Server: This position takes and delivers orders to the customers. He/She must answer inquires about the product and must make sure that the customers’ needs are well attended.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $2 to $3 per hour plus tips.

Delivery Driver: This position requires someone who can deliver pizza to the location of the customers who ordered the pizza; receive the payments and should ensure customer satisfaction too.   In your down time, you’ll also assist with helping the kitchen staff with any jobs that they need help with.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $8 per hour plus tips.
