Rafferty’s Restaurant and Bar was established in 1981. The restaurant offers great food, overwhelming service, and guaranteed guest satisfaction. It provides mouthwatering margarita made with premium tequila and fresh lime juice chilled to perfection; appetizers, homemade soups and salads, gourmet burgers and sandwiches, grilled steaks, desserts and Rafferty’s specials.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Restaurant Managers: This position ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably and everybody is working for the attainment of company goals. He/She must to plan, direct and must coordinate a variety of activities of the restaurants. He/She is also responsible commanding a shift with focus on guest satisfaction; managing/leading activities of the staff;  supervising cash handling procedures; finding training opportunities through daily activities  and inspiring the staff to work according to the company’s standards.   The average wage for this position starts at $13+ per hour.

Cocktail Server:  This person completes drink order and serves  the guests; orders and delivers drinks and food for guests; ensures guest satisfaction and handling cash and negotiable; and work safely and comply with the standard.   The average wage for this position starts at $3+ per hour plus tips.

Host: This person supervises and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests; perform scheduling of dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. He/She has the responsibilities to greet guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus; respond to complaints; assign work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous services.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.

Cashier: The cashier receives the payment of the customers and handles the cash properly. He/She is to help also in ensuring that every visitor will be satisfied with the services of the company.   The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.
