Store Manager: This position is responsible in supervising, training and developing team members. He is to operate a neat and well managed store, ensures that all employees carry out their assigned tasks as required. This person carries in his shoulder the responsibility in obtaining and exceeding standard profit of the store ensuring its growth to stand still in time.

Smoothie Expert: This position is responsible in the preparation of foods. All foods should be prepared according to the recipes prescribed. All safety and Sanitary procedures must be observe. The foods to be prepared should be made of all natural ingredients but taste great. He is the one providing great menus to secure customers satisfaction and taste. In this position, the person will gain a salary of $7 to $8 per hour.

Cashier: This position is responsible in entering purchased items by the customer, receive the payment and give change correctly, credit card transactions handling and maintaining the neatness of the counter area. This person carry the responsibility in accounting sales at the end of the day to make sure balance cash and cost of the sold menus. This position obtains a salary of $7 to $8 per hour.

Store Staff:   This person is responsible to cater and serve every customer entering the store. This man is the one securing the convenience of every customers, he should secure the orderliness of the store in making an atmosphere In pursuing healthy lifestyle. One should attend to every customers inquiries and service needs within the store premises.
