The PANDORA is a company of a local Danish jewellery that turned to a world-leading international jewellery company, with sales in more than 65 countries. It was way back in 1982 a jeweller’s shop that would one day become PANDORA was established in modest surroundings in Copenhagen, Denmark, by Danish goldsmith Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie. In 1989, the company decided to start manufacturing its jewellery in Thailand.

PANDORA operates and manages a vertically integrated business model from in-house design and manufacturing to global marketing and direct distribution in most markets. The products are sold in more than 65 countries, including more than 670 PANDORA branded concept stores.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Sales Account Manager: The Sales Account Manager will: Utilize product or service knowledge, marketing research, and consumer characteristics to determine client requirements;  establish rapport with potential and actual customers to identify current and future customer requirements;  study and analyze sales results, demographics, customer satisfaction surveys, and other market research information and adjust and redirect sales campaigns, as needed; maintain confidentiality of sales operations data; accurately respond to requests for account information; collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends in value-added reports; identify short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed;  provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations;  recommend options and courses of action;  implement directives; and perform other duties as assigned. The annual salary is $53K to $57K.

Visual Merchandiser: The primary role of the visual merchandiser (“VM”) is to ensure that visual merchandising is carried out according to the Pandora global visual merchandising standards. The VM will provide merchandising support, carry out the on-going training of store personnel, write inventory replenishment orders and maximize sales at both the wholesale and retail level.

Key Account Manager: Key account manager is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships with large retail national accounts, monitoring inventory movement, and driving incremental sales through these accounts. The key account manager will be accountable for analyzing trends and results; identify inventory needs per retail location, building marketing plans to support the business and provide support and assistance in ordering and inventory management for these accounts. The key account manager will work closely with the local retail operations manager, to develop buying strategies and suggestion for the accounts. The key account manager will also provide regular feedback and field training as needed to the retail operations manager.

Graphic Artist Intern: Updating online image gallery; Downloading files from to or from vendors; create document versions and update pricing per county specs and pricing; image touch up and clipping with Photoshop; assist with designing, proofing, and editing of dealer marketing collateral while ensuring consistent application of all brand and style guide requirements; assist with creating communication documents for national and local advertising initiatives and insuring customers adhere to branding guidelines; assist with pulling and styling product for and documentation for preparation for photo shoots.
