Founded back in 1953, the Pancake House strives to offer homemade, unique recipes that thousands of people come to enjoy on a daily basis.     With over one hundred locations through out the United States, you can find them on all coasts of the United States.   They are known for their batters, as well as sauces.

Job Description / Average Wage

Server: As a server, you’re going to seat, as well as take care of your section when they come in.   You will take orders, as well as refill drinks and more.   You will bring out their food, as well as make sure that they are happy with their experience.   You will also make sure that the food is cooked to perfection.   The average wage is around pancake house.

Dishwasher:   Working in the back of the kitchen, you’re going to in charge of making sure that the kitchen and dishes stay clean.   You’re going to be in charge of cleaning dishes, pots and pans as well as the floors and lobby area.   In your downtime, you’re going to help the servers and other associates with any jobs that need to be done such as prep food or even clean tables when the customers have left the store.   The average wage is anywhere from $8 to $10 per hour.

Kitchen Staff / Cook: Working in the kitchen, you will help open it up, as well as close it down.   You will prep the food, keep ingredients in stock, as well as make sure that you’re cooking all items such as the sauces, and batters to the company recipe.   The average wage is around $8 to $11 a hour.

Supervisor / Assistant Manager: Watching over the store, you will be in charge of watching over a whole shift.   You will assign tasks, as well as make sure that the store is running at 100%.   You will also assist the majority of the team members working as well with any tasks that they need help with.   You’re going to report to the main manager if any problems come about.   The average wage starts at $10+ a hour.
