It was in the year 1976, when a few buddies opened a pizza joint in Boulder, Colorado.   It operates with the OId Chicago few basic principles:   Serve up delicious, handmade pizza, have the best lineup of cold beers in town and always treat the Guests like family.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Host/Hostess: If you are assigned in this position, you are in charged in coordinating and supervising the activities of dining room; supervising the personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests; scheduling and arranging of dining reservations; greeting and escorting the guests, providing menus; responding to complaints; inspecting dining room serving stations to ensure neatness and cleanliness; hiring, training and discharging dining room personnel. The hourly rate is in the average of $8.

Cook: This person has the primary duties and responsibilities to prepare/cook food for guests; ensure that all equipment, utensils and working areas are maintained for cleanliness; coordinate prep amounts, follow recipe instructions, use checklists and prep sheets, ensure safe food handling guidelines. He/She has   to expect to receive an hourly salary at the average of $10.

Bartender: This position has the responsibilities of taking orders from and serves beverages to guests; checking on guest satisfaction and handling complaints/concerns of customers. He/She must have the knowledge of service techniques, beverage product and practices of responsible alcohol service. The monthly salary is in the average of $1,143 per month.

General Manager: This position plans and directs the entire operation of the restaurant. He/She makes sure that the goals of the company are being attained and that all of the employees are working according to its philosophies. He/She trains and hires employees and direct them towards the attainment of goals. He/She is to ensure high quality products offered for the customers.   The annual salary is between $52k too $58K.
