Job Description / Average Wage
Sales Lead: You will lead the team of employees in your store. You will make sure that they know all company policy, as well as make sure that the store is ran smoothly. Every store doesn’t employ much, because of their size. The average sales lead gets paid around $10 to $15 a hour.
Sales Associate: You will ring up customers, stock shelves, as well as inform customers on what each product is all about. You will also run returns, as well as fill out paperwork from time to time.
