Job Description and Average Wage
Manager: You will supervise a team of staff dealing with UAT for operations related systems ventures. You will need to understand tenant mix, project co-ordination, customer demands and drafting of management reports to develop comments and commendations. He/she will also help in the acquisition due diligence process and disposition tactic of existing/new improvements as well as liaise with managing agents, consultants and contractors to supervise maintenance and daily operations of the mall.
Candidate will receive an annual wage of $27,000 – $50,000.
Store Designer: A Store Designer will give creative and functional designs for their hypermarkets, supermarkets and best convenience stores. Daily task comprises layout proposals for project execution and costing for proposed layouts. You are also required to administer and co-ordinate projects with pertinent authorities, as well as procure equipment and accessories.
Annual income for this position is around $53,000-$83,000.
Senior Manager: The Senior Manager is in charge for the general accounting systems, procedures as well as policies of the joint venture company. This handles monthly, quarterly and yearly monetary closing and head office reporting matters as well as audits, tax matters and statutory accounts/reports.
