Noodles and Company Manager Salary

Why offer a single type of pasta dish when you can offer a variety of noodle based dishes? Noodles and Company is an American restaurant chain that offers just about every pasta and noodle dish offered around the world. The restaurant opened in 1995 in Cherry Creek, Colorado and is now headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado.

Since the restaurant offers different types of noodle and pasta dishes, the manager should be knowledgeable of each item the restaurant is offering. The manager also has to manage the ingredients since, each and every item will use a variety of ingredients that is not used for another item.

The manager should train each employee to guarantee safety and to prepare food that is fresh and hot. The manager must be able to provide the best training as this can guarantee quality performance for each employee. They do not stop with training though as they continuously develop each employee.
