He works closely with Partner and Store Manager/staff to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals; maintains records and measures of individual store and territory sales performance; analyzes district reports and identify ways to leverage opportunities to maximize results; develops and executes recovery plans for underperforming stores (and partners); provides accurate information of district and store activities to territory; identify new store opportunities and new partners, present these to Territory Director for Review and Approval; provide operational support for new stores, focus on training; influences store managers and teams to achieve the targets store KPI’s.

Project Manager Intern:   Project Manager Intern you will help to create a list of Labs and Universities that specialize in a defined areas of Bio-based Materials Research.   Work with a Polymer Chemist to search out  and catalog areas of specialty within Labs and Universities that align with Nike’s Materials research.   Responsibilities will include updating a database of findings, researching Labs and Universities on their Material Science Programs, and evaluating the rigor of the programs and if they align to Nike’s Bio-based (Closed Loop ) Materials Strategy.
