Music & Arts Center was established in 1952, and is the biggest school music dealer in the U.S., vending band and orchestra instruments, guitars, keyboards, drum sets, printed sheet music, as well as related supplies.

Job Description and Average Wage

Retail Store Manager: In this position, you will be liable for running daily sales and operations of stores while maximizing profit and minimizing costs. This generates sales to surpass personal sales goals. This will develop customer affiliations and offer compelling sales presentations based on sales training.

The hourly pay is around $7-$10.

Director of Marketing: This role is in charge for integrating the Music & Arts brand vision into a cross channel retailing atmosphere. This guides and integrates efforts across marketing, merchandising, IT, creative and operations to exploit business expansion, profitability, and impact in the marketplace. The Director of Marketing will work directly with their advertising agency to construct and exploit multi-channel marketing strategies, programs, and measures to support and cultivate the Music & Arts brands within their sphere of influence.

The yearly salary for the successful candidate is $78,000 to $125,000.

Call Center Agent: As the assigned person, you will handle incoming calls from customers, affiliates and retail stores for queries on rental accounts, tuition, payoff quotes, rental credit, and any dilemmas related to rental accounts. This will sustain a welcoming, professional, friendly attitude toward the caller. He/she will practice and present suggestive selling to customers on every eligible call to promote sales and services.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly salary of $10-$12.

Salesperson: A salesperson is primarily accountable for vending particular products or services to customers. A salesperson is mainly responsible of planning and carrying out all sales activities in a particular area. A salesperson has to make sure the customer is contented and has to take care of the quality of product as well as service delivery.

A Salesperson will receive $8-$9 per hour.
