Debbi Fields, a young mother with no business experience, opened her first cookie store in Palo Alto, California in 1977l; from then Mrs. Fields ® is famed worldwide and made her company became the premier chain of cookie and baked goods stores.

The company remained true with the mission to create the highest quality product possible – every time. In 1990, Mrs. Fields ® began franchising.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Cookies Worker: The cookies workers include all employees which are creative enough to prepare the Mrs. Fields products. They cater orders of the customers according to the different occasions or to the preferences of the customers. They are work with strict compliance to the specifications given by the customers. The expected hourly salary ranges from $7 to $9.

Customer Service: This position is in charge in taking orders of the customers through phone or in person. He/She has to give details about the orders and must see to it that the customer preferences are given consideration. He/She is to answer inquiries, address complains and other matters. He/She must to ensure customer satisfaction too. The salary rate is in the average of $8 per hour.   The average wage for this particular position starts at $8 per hour.

Cashier: The cashier receives the payment from the customers whether the payments are in in cash or through other payment methods. He/She may also answer and screen phone calls; help in bill processing and should also help in ensuring the satisfaction of the customers.   The average wage for this particular position starts at $8 per hour.

Supervisor:   Working as a supervisor, you’re going to watch over the store when the main manager isn’t in.   You’re going to assist with assigning tasks, helping associates as well as making sure that the restaurant is running according to plan.   The average wage for this particular position starts at $11 per hour.
