Job Description/Wage Averages

General Manager: This position must perform all functions of the restaurant including opening, mid and closing shifts and other key operation activities of the company. He/She must be able to coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment; must possess strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude; must also be able to make raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, investors and the communities in which the company does business.   The average wage for this position starts at $13+ per hour.

Chef: This person needs to be a talented leader that is motivated by a commitment to the highest quality and freshness in an entrepreneurial environment. The chef hands on in exciting high volume kitchens and assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation; control food and labor costs while making raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, shareholders.   The average wage for this position starts at $10+ per hour.

Server: This position is tasked to engage in every guest by providing the guests with a clean, comfortable environment for a unique dining experience. He/She has to make sure that every Guest is thanked and invited to return. Also, he must assist other restaurant staff in attending the customers’ needs.       The average wage for this position starts at $3+ per hour plus tips.

Cashier: If you are assigned as cashier, you have to greet every Guest ; handle cash properly, accurately and in a timely manner. You also have to assist other restaurant staff in ensuring customer satisfaction.     The average wage for this position starts at $8+ per hour.
