History of Mighty Taco

Mighty Taco is a Mexican service restaurant. It was August 31, 1973,the time that the first branch of Mighty Taco opened with the four owners — Dan Scepkowski, Andy Gerovac, Ken Koczur, and Bruce Robertson. As time passes by, Mighty Taco branched out to 18 branches. The company has been expecting to branch out and build restaurant in any country in this world. It focuses to the culture and tradition of the Western New York which have been used by the people.

Job Description/Wage Averages

General Manager: General Manager is being tasked to do the responsibilities as if he’s the owner. He is also responsible on hiring, evaluating, training each of the employees. This is to assure the state and good condition of the company.

Store Manager: The store manager oversees the daily operation of the store which he is assigned. He must deal with various store activities, supervise the personnel and deal with complaints and any customer related problems if there are any. He may also hire, train and evaluate employee’s performance. He reports to the manager about the status of the business operations of the store. The hourly rate is $11.00 – $13.00.

Sales Associate: The sales associate takes charge of generating sales for the store. They are also working for merchandize displays and will see to it that the clients are given the attention they need by responding to their inquiries and helping them find the products they need.

Cashier: The cashier receives the payment whether in a form of cash or through card. He sees to it that he knows the products as well as price adjustments if there are. He deals with the customers with all courtesy and should maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.

Server: The server attends to customer’s orders and will see to it that the area where the customers will dine is properly cleaned and well maintained. He also makes sure that orders are delivered promptly.
