Job Description/Wage Averages

Cashier: As cashier being heard, we think of money and price checks. The cashier is responsible for the items and cash being placed in the cash register drawer. Cashiers total bills at the end of their shift, receives money from the costumers and fill out charge forms.

Stock Clerk: Stock Clerk is responsible keeping the stocks or grocery product on its respective shelves. They may also be responsible for the new arrival products, price of each item and changing the price of the merchandises.

Sales Representative: Sales Service Representative role designed to properly fulfill merchandising needs of the customer.   Areas of focus will include full shelf conditions, neatly merchandised displays and shelves, properly rotated stock, and accurate price tags.

Store Manager: He directs all activities of the store. He takes charge of the planning and outlining of the activities that will gear towards the attainment of the goals. He sets sales quota and assign a manpower to do a certain tasks. He is to hire, train and supervise the workers; participates in community outreach programs, and encourages and supports Associates and managers in serving as good members of the community, including establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community as the representative for the company.
