She focuses on joining community services by working with celebrities to raise funds, moneys and awareness for local and national causes.

Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream and Treatery is a specialty sequence of ice cream shops that was originated in Kansas City, Kansas, in 1989. The shop offers a variety of delicious frozen treats. Beyond regular scoops, Maggie Moo’s also makes ice cream cakes, pizzas, and cupcakes as well as milkshakes. Maggie Moo’s is currently owned by NexCen Brands, Inc. which also owns restaurant franchises like Marble Slab Creamery, Great American Cookies, and Pretzel Time.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Shift Leader: We are looking for motivated leaders who are friendly, outgoing, self-motivated, responsible and organized. Applicant must be responsible and capable of independent work without the need for constant supervision. This position requires that customers receive a high quality, memorable guest experience. Additionally, the position ensures that all operating standards are met or exceeded.

Team Member: The team member will often perform as a cashier, ice cream scooper, sales attendant and a lot of more of dealing with the customers in the store. He sees to it that the customers are given satisfactory services and has been given help in finding the products they want to buy.

Assistant Manager: This position helps in different store activities. He leads the sales team in giving high quality products and services to the customers. He will also hire and train new employees of the store. He may be in-charge of opening and closing the store and should see to it that the visual merchandising of the products is done accordingly.

Store Manager: The store manager is in charge of the entire store operations, he is engage in strategic planning to ensure that the company’s goals are reached and everyone is working for the attainment of those goals. He will also train and hire employees, assign tasks to responsible personnel and should supervise the financial and personnel resources of the company.
