Job Description and Average Wage

Assistant Manager: An Assistant Manager is assigned to support and in the nonappearance of the manager this will administer the overall operation of the store and contribute to the assigned store output, sales and output goals ensuring that they are met or surpassed. He/she will help in the store’s provision of outstanding customer service support and preferred customer programs and overseeing staff members’ activity in this area.  This works with the Store Manager to make sure that merchandising goals, operating standards and controllable costs are supervised successfully.

The annual average pay for this position is $27,000-$50,000.

Sales Associate: A Sales Associate maximizes sales and offers outstanding customer care in aiding customers in the selection and acquisition of products, while following all company standard policies and procedures. He/she will give exceptional levels of customer care exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity. This guarantees all customers’ orders, engraving and repairs are completed efficiently and on time. The position will retain accurate records of all customer requirements as well as following company processes.

The average salary is around $7-$15 per hour.

Retail Area Manager: A Retail Area Manager will attain and wherever possible surpass sales and profit contributions for the stores under direct report throughout driving sales initiatives and actively supervising direct costs. This position maintains the uppermost customer care standards in all stores through setting and supervising performance of sales teams and monitoring customer grievance levels and taking corrective action when suitable. This also makes sure that a performance management system is operated within the retail estate in order that performance of store managers is constantly supervised and assessed and corrective actions taken when required.

Expected income for yearly position is $48,000-$52,000.

Distribution Center Manager: A Distribution Center Manager will administer supply chain and inventory control comprising inbound freight, warehousing, order fulfillment, tagging and packaging, allocation, and supervising outbound freight to consumers and stores. He/she will supervise yearly inventory count and periodic cycle count processes to guarantee accurate inventory, and with little or no notice be organized to pass spot audits from clients, vendors or compliance offices. This retains organized, safe, and arranged warehouse including physical upkeep of the allocation center and building.

The standard salary is around $45,000 to $63,000 a year.

Returns Supervisor: The assigned person will supervise all returned items from the online business to the allocation center.  He/she will process all returned items properly and within defined timescales, in accordance with the company procedure. The position will evaluate and classify each item of stock returned to the allocation center.  

The hourly pay is around $8-$13.
