History of Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken

It was in 1966 when Lee Cummings with Harold Omer started “Harold’s Take-Home” in Lima, Ohio where Lee introduced his first Famous Recipes Chicken. This new recipe has invited a lot of franchise openings. Lee’s Famous Recipe went international with the openings and chain of stores.  This was later sold to Jeff Miller, now owner of Famous Recipes, Inc., bought the chain combining the great products of Lee’s with an economical and versatile building design that would promote easy entry into the chicken business.

Cashier : A cashier operates the cash register. He/She should know how to process cash payments and non-cash payments. He/She should be able to talk to the customers of other payment options available to them. He/She must help in ensuring that quality products and services be offered to the customers.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $8 per hour.

Cook : The cook has to work as key player in the kitchen and cooperate with the rest of the cooks in making the foods. Cooks must be skillful in attractive serving of food. Cooks have to maintain a high sense of hygiene in the kitchen too.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $8 per hour.

Shift Manager:   This person manages the store for the duration of a shift. The shift manager has to lead by example by arriving in time and being neat and presentable. He/She is the one who will greet the arriving customers with a smile and make sure they have comfortable seating. The shift manager will ensure that all workers arrive in time and are presentable. Food has to be served in timely manner.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $11 per hour.

Server: This position deals with the guest for they serve the needs or orders of the guests; provides guests with a clean, comfortable ambiance for their dining experience; makes sure that every guest is thanked and invited to return.   The average wage for this particular position can start at $2 per hour plus tips.
