Job Description / Average Wage

Parts Specialist: You’re going to process orders for the customer, answer phones, as well as help in the backroom.   You will assist with stock, as well as make sure that the questions are answered, when the customer asks an auto related question.   The average wage is from $8 to $12 a hour.

Delivery: You’re going to take parts and deliver them to local mechanic shops and more where they need them.   You’re going to help assist the customers with their parts orders, as well as help around the local shop when the times are slow.   You may also have to process orders over the phone and more.   The average wage is $7 to $10 a hour.

Sales Associate: You’re going to help with the parts specialist.   You’re going to help stock the shelves, clean the store, as well as assist customers.   You will deal more with the floor, rather than with the parts in the back.   The average wage for this position is anywhere from $8 and beyond.
