Job Description/Wage Averages

Cashier: This is a team member who receives the payment of the customers. He will also work for the satisfaction of the customers.

Server:   Serve guests quickly, efficiently, and with complete knowledge of food and beverage menus. Offer superior customer service, and maintain station in a clean and orderly manner throughout shifts.

Cook : The cook has to work as a team player in the kitchen and cooperate with the rest of the cooks in making the foods. Cooks have to be skilled in attractive serving of food. All the items in the menu have to be cooked and each cook has to perform his part well.

Shift Supervisor: Shift Supervisors will interact with guests, team members, and management to help maintain cleanliness, friendliness and freshness of John’s. The Shift Supervisor will also assist management to ensure guest satisfaction, Team Member efficiency, safety and security.

Store Manager: Department Manager will focus on providing incredible guest service and satisfaction by leading and developing our team members as well as maintain the friendliness, freshness and cleanliness of John’s. Department Managers will manage one area of our concept and ensure team member efficiency, safety and security. A Department Manager must possess the ability to adapt to the ever-changing surroundings and issues that accompany a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Store Dorector: Store Director is ultimately responsible for all functions in our concept and must maintain JIPC’s high standards of food and entertainment quality, guest services, and exceptional facility maintenance. The Store Director will build sales through guest satisfaction, exceptional sanitation and facility maintenance. The Store Director will establish positive team member relations with training and development while ensuring a safe and secure work environment for team members and guests. The Store Director must possess the ability to adapt to the ever-changing surroundings and issues that accompany a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Group Sales Manager: The Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating group top -line revenue for the JIPC Beaverton, Oregon store. Group business is sourced through outside direct sales and telephone prospecting. Group markets include, however are not limited to the Corporate, Social, Government and Tour markets.
