Job Description/Wage Averages

Administration Assistant: This position will work to contribute fully to the successful achievement of the department’s objectives, by producing consistently error free work; be committed to achieving the Partner and Customer (internal or external) satisfaction targets, within the context of the Partnership’s core values, behaviors and principles; provide administrative support to selling departments, liaise with departments, buyers, and suppliers to maintain accurate administration records; establish and maintain strong working relationships with selling departments; effectively use all IT applications relevant to the role; ensure that service levels to internal and external customers are met; communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and customers; maintain standards of administration housekeeping and recovery; organize and prioritize workload. The hourly rate is £8.00- £12.30 per hour.

Assistant Online Marketing Manager: Owns the strategic development, budget management & performance optimization of insurance products for Affiliates, Display and Search (paid&natural) marketing channels to deliver agreed channel KPIs. Is known for supporting the Online Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of the overarching John Lewis insurance online marketing strategy. Leads and motivates the Online Marketing Executive. The salary is £27,500- £40,000.

Catering Assistant: This person plays a vital role in delivering high level of customer satisfaction. He is in charge in preparing foods, clearing tables, operating tills and must possess positive attitudes. The hourly rate ranges   £6 to £7 per hour.

Customer Delivery: This position will deliver excellent customer service when delivering and assembling products. He will contribute fully to the successful achievement of the department objectives. The hourly rate is £7 to £9.

Gift List Assistant: This person is a part of the market leading contact center. He offers marketing services over the phone, through mail, and must develop customer loyalty and value. The hourly rate ranges £7 to £9.
