Jamba Juice Manager Salary

Taking the risk of offering a product not usually sold to the masses was never an issue with the owners of Jamba Juice which offers fruit smoothies. They now have over 700 locations in the United States. The company was founded in 1990 by Kirk Perron and they serve only fresh ingredients.

Freshness of ingredients is one of the main concerns by the Jamba Juice manager. They see to it that the fruits that they order are usually in season to guarantee that this is more affordable and readily available. They will have to monitor the usage of the items and ingredients to avoid wastage.

The manager also monitors the performance of each staff making sure that the sanitation is top notch to complement the healthy products being served in the store. Staff should always be reminded on good hygiene and customer service. Any complaint that a staff cannot handle would have to be attended by the manager.
