Senior Accountant: This role will examine financial statements and help in the preparation of revelation for external financial reports, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, submitted in fulfillment with Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements. Expand and sustain management reporting requirements. Some of the major responsibilities are as follows:

  • Help in preparing and reviewing periodical and yearly financial reports to the SEC, including Management’s Discussion and Analysis and footnote disclosures in agreement with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Arrange and review financial shared data and comments for periodical earnings releases and discussions with the investment community.
  • Assemble and examine data needed to organize financial reports through working with other departments within the Company.
  • Organize and sustain supporting work papers for amounts and disclosures controlled in external financial reports.
  • Research accounting and SEC matters impacting the Company.
  • Work with external auditors to assist the review/audit of SEC filings and the yearly report.
  • Support key functional leaders with real financial and statistical data needed to assess performance of business proposals.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a associated field, or equivalent business experience.
CPA Required.

As a Senior Accountant for the company your average salary will be $44,000.

Reporting Administrator: This position is responsible for the manufacture and reformatting of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as requisite for management in the company owned operations during the tax season. Some of the major responsibilities are as follows:

  • Pull all types of existing reports utilizing Excel, evaluate data, document facts, generate needed formulas and distribute as instructed.
  • Organize, review and preserve daily excel reports and classify issues and trends for management review
  • Support in making in no doubt all the reports are set aside current with changing office lists and or management designations for the company owned operations thought the tax season.
  • Assist in producing daily reports through reformatting data to print.
  • Should be able to examine data by using Excel /document facts for management appraisal.

The average wage for this job is $12-$15 an hour.
