Job Description/Wage Averages

Customer Service and Mail Order Supervisor: As a strong Supervisor, you will drive performance and a best in class customer experience through a newly formed Customer Service and Mail Order department in our Newport Rhode Island location.   Your team will provide the business with day to day customer management for all inquires and orders.   Reporting to the Newport Store Manager, you will need to demonstrate thorough product knowledge and strong communication and organization skills.   You will also be responsible for training and developing your team.     The average wage can start at $8 per hour.

Full Time & Part Time Mail Order Assistants: Mail Order Assistants will help the company develop the ‘Fabulously British’ brand in the US. They need to be   articulate, outgoing, confident and customer focused.   The average wage can start at $8 per hour.

Store Supervisor (Full Time): This person must be motivated, customer-focused individual who is keen to help create a fun and upbeat store atmosphere. You will embody the Jack Wills aspirational, lifestyle brand and in return can look forward to a competitive wage and fantastic discounts.     The average wage can start at $11 per hour.

Store Sales Associates: This position is in charge in generating sales for the company. He will also perform merchandising and general upkeep of the store’s cleanliness and appearance.  The average wage can start at $8 per hour.
