Job Description/Average Wage

Supervisor: A supervisor supports the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager and the General Manager to ensure that all store daily operating procedures are performed on a well-timed basis as required, while promoting a corporate image of excellence through a strong work ethic, leadership by example, and the constant delivery of excellent customer service and store visual presentation. Maximizes sales through the development and supervision of sales associates. Your average wage will be from $25.000 to $44.000 a year.

Sales Associate: A Sales Associate provide excellent customer service and exploit sales through assisting in the daily operation of the store. Listed below are the tasks and responsibilities that a Sales associate must perform:
