Job Description and Average Wage

Front End Control Officer: This position will greet customers and gives support as customers enter the store. This supervises high shrink departments and offers customer service in high shrink departments, as needed. This also performs routine inspections of alarm systems and locking mechanisms, and follows up on findings. This person will synchronize and implement shrink reduction activities in conjunction with management.
