Job Description and Average Wage

Guest Service Representative: A Guest Service Representative processes awaiting customer orders and customer returns, confirm inventory status, schedules pick-ups and deliveries. This responds incoming phone lines and evaluates caller’s needs and contact suitable person through using paging system or directing the caller to internal departments. The position will help Sales Manager and showroom staff in a variety of support functions for example verifying product information on invoices also customer account balances.

Your hourly wage is around $8-$11.

Customer Specialist: The purpose of this position is to aid customers in a professional and chivalrous manner on deliveries and in the service center, and to retain the showroom appearance. The main duties include driving truck to delivery products and provide services, un-boxing and re-boxing furniture, together with organizing and cleaning of the preparation area for a safe working atmosphere. This job will prepare product for transfer in customer’s vehicle through properly tying down, applying wrap as well as protective materials to product.

The average salary is around $8-$12 per hour.

Design Consultant: A Design Consultant makes tough customer rapports throughout effective marketing, communications and follows through.
