Founded in 1988, you can find the Fazoli’s main headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky.       Known for it’s fast paced Italian cuisine, you can find over 250+ locations that are located throughout 30 states in the United States.   Today, they employ over 4,500 employees, and continue to expand on an annual basis.

Job Description / Average Wage

Associate: You will help prep the food, ring up orders, as well as assist customers with whatever order that they want.   You will answer questions, as well as make sure that the order is cooked to perfection.   If they have any complaints, you will ensure that the order is cooked to perfection.   The average wage is $7 to $10 a hour.

Cashier: You will run the cash register ringing up customers as they bring their food down the line.   You will make sure that they have everything they want, as well as give them their drink.   In your downtime, you will help cleaning with the lobby, and more.   The average wage is $7+ a hour.

Shift Supervisor: You’re going to run a shift, and watch over the employees.   You will assign tasks, as well as help employees with whatever jobs that they need help with.   You will be asked to help with overriding transactions on time to time as well.   A shift supervisor will make around $8+ a hour.

Assistant Manager: The assistant manager is going to be responsible for helping the main manager run the store / shift.   You’re going to help with opening the store, closing it, as well as making sure that the employees are doing their job the right way.   There are also going to be times when you want to assist with other duties such as running the register, consulting with customers and their problems and more.   The average wage is anywhere from $11 to $15 a hour.

Store Manager: The store manager is going to be in charge or watching over the entire restaurant.   You’re going to help with many various activities such as helping with hiring employees, as well as assigning tasks and more.   You will ensure that the company is running according to company standard.   The average wage is anywhere from $12 to $18 a hour.

Interview Tips

Fazoli’s interview process may be one-to-one, group, or phone job interviews depending on position you have applied for. This may take place after the series of job application process and screening. The interview questions will be about the restaurant operations and schedule availability, knowledge and skills on customer service and work history. Impress the interviewer with your wit, tact and courtesy in answering interview questions. Maintain an eye to eye contact with the interviewer and show focus; these are manifestations of your interest for the job you have applied for. There would be no reason why you will not get hired if you will only show your best during the interview.
