Fashion Bug is an apparel and accessories industry with its headquarters located in Bensalem, PA. It has more than 700 stores in approximately 43 states that offer wide variety of accessories and footwear products for women 30-50 years of age.   This is a subsidiary of Charming Shoppes.

Job Description and Wage Averages

Store Manager: You are wholly responsible in all activities and operations in the store including the works and functions of the staff. You will make sure that all shelves are filled with the right items and that these are made accessible for all type of customers. You will also monitor and evaluate the level of stocks and supplies as well as to keep inventories updates. The average wage for this job ranges from $37,000 to $40,000 per year.

Assistant Store Manager: An assistant store manager is merely responsible in providing assistance to the store manager in selling the products of this company and manages all operations and activities in the store. You will help in producing more sales by motivating the whole team to deliver the best quality of customer service and greet the clients as they enter the establishment. The wage for this position ranges from $11 to $12 per hour.

Sales Leader: You’re going to organize, supervise and motivate the sales force team and act as the senior leader who is responsible in making interviews for potential candidates, hiring and training of entry level employees. You will also create leads and make work schedules as well as to make territorial assignments to different teams. The average wage for this position ranges from $11 to $12 per hour.

Sales Associate: You are responsible in helping the company to generate more sales in order to increase the current profit and revenue of the business. In this way, you have to promote the products and services to the potential customer and assist them in completing sales transactions. The average wage for this job is $7.97 per hour.

Customer Service Representative: You basic duty is to provide assistance to the customers and help them with their needs. You will answer the queries on subjects related to the business and its products as well as to handle their complaints and objections on the kind of service or product that they have received from the company. A successful candidate must have enough patience, a pleasant personality and warm and caring approach to all customers. The average wage for this job is $7 to $8 an hour.
