Circuit Coach: As a coach, you’re going to help those that come into the gym itself.   You will explain the circuit to those that are new, as well as help those that are there as veterans.   You will help answer questions, as well as ensure that everyone is doing their job right.   The average wage is around $7 to $10 a hour.

Fitness Trainer: As a trainer, you’re going to work with women one on one.   You will help them with their training, as well as advise them on what they should be eating, as well as teach them on how to use the equipment, and more.   This position is going to require some sort of certification in your home state and most locations are going to ask that you have some sort of experience as s fitness trainer.   The average wage for a trainer is $8 to $10 a hour.

Front Desk: Working the front desk, you will check membership, you will help set people up with new memberships, as well as help with the gym.   You will keep the gym clean, you will answer phones, as well as make sure that the customers are happy with their experience.   The average wage is $7 to $10 a hour.

Office Manager:   Running the entire curves, you’re going to work with the franchise manager to ensure that the entire operation is ran according to corporate standard.   You’re going to assist with hiring employees, assigning the tasks, opening up the Curves as well as making sure that the customers are satisfied with their time there.   Since this type of place only employs one to two people at once, you’re going to find yourself working by yourself at times.   The average wage for the office manager starts at $10+ per hour.
