Job Description / Average Wage

Sales Associate: This position sustains the store management team in the accomplishment of the store’s goals by providing an optimistic shopping experience to Cole Haan consumers through the successful implementation of the selling and service culture of Cole Haan. As a sales associate, you are going to attain and surpass personal sales goals and performance metrics while working as a team member to supply to the store’s overall total profits goals, give a world class shopping experience by means of connecting with customers through meeting and anticipating their needs, support the store management team in the achievement of all financial and operational objectives with regards to expense control and loss prevention standards and maintain the appearance of the selling floor. The annual average pay for this position is $20,944.

District Manager: The candidate will be reliable in the accomplishment of strategic initiatives and achievement of goals and objectives as defined by the five foundation accountabilities of revenue generation, establishing the stores selling and service culture, operational quality, product and visual merchandising and administration of human resources and creating team achievement. Also he will plan strategically and develop growth of the district to meet future expectation and growth of division. The central district consists of online stores in the subsequent states: Arizona, Nevada, Missouri, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan and Indiana. He/She is assigned in the management of multiple stores in a district with volumes of approx 30 million. He/She will identify and build up plans to achieve and exceed district sales goals and performance metrics. Expected income for yearly position is $73,785.

Assistant Store Manager: As a candidate for this position you are in charge in the implementation of strategic proposals and achievement of goals and objectives with a main meeting point on 1 to 2 of the core accountabilities of revenue generation, establishing the stores selling and service culture, operational excellence, product and visual merchandising and management of human resources and creating team sensation. He/She will teach and extend staff to exceed individual and store goals. The standard salary is anywhere between $26,000 a year to $40,000 a year.
