American baked goods are the specialty of Cinnabon and their signature item is the cinnamon roll. The headquarters are found in Sandy Springs, Georgia and they currently have over 750 stores in over 30 countries. Their stores are normally found in malls where there is usually high traffic.

Cinnabon manager makes sure that only the best ingredients go to their products. The manager checks everything that comes in the store to guarantee this. This is done to prevent one of the factors a customer may complain. If a customer complains though, the manager should address this and make sure that it is resolved properly.
