Job Description/Wage Averages
Quality Assurance Engineer: This person has the following duties and responsibilities: inspect on final assembled mechanical associated products; check material certificates and test reports to ensure incoming material conforming to specifications; plan and implement inspection and test plan; maintain inspection records, quality related updated documents, codes, standards, specification as required by the quality system. The annual salary ranges $94k to $96k.
Ride Operators: These people have to check ride requirements before people will enter rides, and confirm that they meet height and other admission requirements to get on the rides. He/She collects tickets too. He/She has to ensure that the patrons are securely seated into the equipment. Ride operators are also responsible for keeping their workstations and surrounding areas clean and well maintained.
Cash Handlers: The position receives the cash which are paid by the customers. He/She has to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Security Guards: These people secure the area of Cedar Point where they are assigned. They need to follow company policies and procedures.
Sweeps: These people are working in keeping the park safe & clean. Not only do the sweeps keep the midways safe & clean, but they are our front-line Park Ambassadors.
Office Support Staff: The position supports any clerical and administrative office works assigned to her/him.
